Fees – how we charge

How do we charge you for making your cocktails ? This is a question we get asked as customers plan out their dinner party, wedding anniversary, 30th, 40th or 50th party or other special event, or plain let your hair down party.

Cocktail Shaker Boys - charging is pretty straightforward really

It’s pretty straightforward really. We discuss your requirements over the phone initially. You can tell us about the number of guests you’ve got, when it is and what type of party you’re having. We also discuss how much part you want cocktails to play in your evening. Typically we’ll come along for to serve cocktails for you and your guests for the first couple of hours – to help get your party started.

We have a cocktail menu, and we know what gets ‘em rocking in the aisles and so we will be able to give you an estimate there and then of how much the bill is likely to be. There are potentially 3 elements for you to budget for ; 

  • Cocktail Shaker Boys - That’s the bit for us to come to your place and mix, stir, shake and muddle
  • Spirits, liqueurs and mixers - all that’s needed for the range of cocktails and mocktails
  • Glass hire - you may need some help in sourcing a range of suitable elegant glasses

Usually the largest element of cost is the drink.  The other key element is for us to come and serve your guests with exotic drinks and expertise and add that bit of je ne sais quoi to the event ! We charge an initial deposit. We also have a range of cocktail glassware which we can hire out to you – to provide you with the full one-stop cocktail making shop.

The balance of the bill is paid to us on the night and so there is no more to worry about. Alternatively if you want to cap your spending, you can simply nominate an amount and we’ll let you know what we can do to provide you with a range of cocktails to fit your budget. The choice is yours, and it means you are in complete control. If you want more details, just give us a call on 01858 898154 and we’ll be pleased to help.
