Although this website is about cocktails, that is the end product, frequently made with some of the world’s great drinks. Liqueurs provide most cocktails with their individual signature flavours and colours.

An introduction to Baileys Irish Cream is already there, and articles over the coming days and weeks will feature Cointreau, Midori, Tia Maria, Chartreuse, Malibu, Drambuie and Advocaat.
