This is another classic cocktail, that features many ingredients – many of them rum ! So if you don’t like the idea of both dark rum and golden rum in your cocktail drink turn away now !

Warming Mai Tai
Another feature of cocktail recipes is that you can be flexible. In the video clip below Andy our barman mentions orgeat syrup which gives an almond flavour. So instead of that you can use a little Amaretto as this is an almond flavoured liqueur. About half a fluid ounce we’d suggest.
