The following terms and conditions cover all event bookings with the Cocktail Shaker Boys.
Upon agreement of an event date with the Cocktail Shaker Boys, a deposit becomes payable. This usually equates to around 50% of the total fee. This deposit must be made in order to secure the booking. The deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation no later than 1 month before the day of the event.
All cancellations and postponements of agreed event dates must be communicated to the offices of Cocktail Shaker Boys in writing. This may be done via e-mail to info@cocktailshakerboys.co.uk. We strongly advise clients to take out appropriate insurance cover to provide for the payment of such charges.
The remaining balance is due as per the agreement we set up with you. Usually 72 hours in advance of your event and in any case no later than the event date. There is an administrative charge of £30.00 for late payment.
We charge an additional fee of 3% of any outstanding balance for each period of 7 days late payment.
The individual making the booking shall accept overall responsibility for the payment of any outstanding accounts. Payment should be made payable to the Cocktail Shaker Boys.
We require notice of approximate numbers at the time of booking your event. Final numbers must be advised to us at least 10 days prior to the function.
Any damage to Cocktail Shaker Boys equipment by the client or guests will be charged at the full replacement cost on the final invoice.
If for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, but not limited to strike, labour dispute, acts of God, civil disturbance, war, national or local disaster, the Cocktail Shaker Boys are unable to fulfill our obligations, the liability of the Cocktail Shaker Boys to the customer shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to the Cocktail Shaker Boys.
