Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.

We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of 10 hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.

On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know! But in the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.

Aperol Negroni

Gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth

Our twist on one of the world’s most famous classic cocktails. If you are looking for something a bit subtle and gently bitter, this could be the answer. Light Aperol tempered with fragrant gin and some Martini rosso to balance it out.

Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Prosecco, soda water

This is a modern day classic already. The world’s top selling spritz and a Mediterranean holiday favourite (remember them?!) A double shot of Prosecco, with sparkly Prosecco and a dash of soda.

Attar Rose

Lanique rose spirit, Chambord black raspberry, Prosecco

A beautiful, modern sparkling cocktail. Prosecco tops up the fragrant combination of the Lanique rose spirit with black raspberry liqueur.

AWOL

Midori melon, Bacardi, Vodka, lime juice

A summery and striking looking cocktail based around the inimitable melon notes from Midori. The traditional sweetness is balanced out with the lime juice while the backbone of the drink is provided by vodka and tropical white rum. Sophisticated and fruity.

Basquezera

Chocolate vodka, chilli infused pepper vodka, crème de cacao, raspberry syrup, cream

An in-house creation and perfect for the girls. Based around the fashionable mix of chilli & chocolate, and pink and fluffy in colour, frankly what’s not to like?! An interesting mix of vodkas, chocolate and spicy, combined with more chocolate, plus raspberries and cream to make it smooth and unctuous. A classic in the making?

Bellini

Peach puree, Archers peach liqueur, Prosecco

This is a classic for good reason. If sparkle and bubbles are your thing, this long drink is fantastic with it’s fruity peach notes, topped with sophisticated Prosecco.

Bitter Cherry Martini

Bitter Cherry Martini

Gin, Bold cherry spirit, Noilly Prat dry vermouth, Monin cherry syrup

Another one of our twists on a Martini. Featuring the slightly bitter Bold cherry spirit, with a gin base, plus classy dry vermouth to make it a proper Martini. And a little cherry syrup to balance out the bitterness.

Bramble cocktail

Bramble

Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, creme de mure

A modern day classic developed by Dick Bradsell. Ours combines a quality gin, balanced out with a little lemon and sugar syrup. Then float a little blackberry liqueur through the ice. A fantastic sipper.

Cardamom Cardamartini

Cardamartini

Gin, vermouth rosato, Cointreau, Cardamom syrup

Currently unavailable as our supplier Monin has stopped making cardamom syrup.

China Blue cocktail

China Blue

Non-alcoholic blue curacao, lychee juice, lemonade

Why should non-drinkers miss out on the fun of our own China Blue? This is our interpretation of an old classic – the Blue Lagoon. Completely alcohol free, with a stunning look, and that distinctive fruity flavour.
