Golden Rum, Malibu, pineapple juice
One of our own creations, and a real taste of the Caribbean. Mellow golden rum combines with smooth sweet coconut, lengthened with pineapple juice. One to watch the sun go down with.
Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.
We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of 10 hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.
On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know! But in the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.

Vodka, Kahlua, Baileys
One of the better known modern, creamy cocktails. It looks and tastes of the Baileys that it’s based on, but with the addition of vodka to give it a bit of bite, and the warming coffee tones of Kahlua, it is a well balanced cocktail.
Vodka, Archers peach schnapps, cranberry juice & oj
Not as sinful as the name suggests. This is one long, fruity drink. Cranberry and orange juices provide the thirst quenching ability of this summer drink. Archers adds more peachy fruit, and vodka puts it on the wrong side of pure.
Golden rum, dark rum, orange curacao, Amaretto, lime juice & grenadine
Double lots of fully flavoured rum, combined with a little orange and di Saronno, balanced out with a little lime and grenadine to give a ruby colour.
Midori melon, Bacardi, Vodka, lime juice
A summery and striking looking cocktail based around the inimitable melon notes from Midori. The traditional sweetness is balanced out with the lime juice while the backbone of the drink is provided by vodka and tropical white rum. Sophisticated and fruity.
Gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth
Our twist on one of the world’s most famous classic cocktails. If you are looking for something a bit subtle and gently bitter, this could be the answer. Light Aperol tempered with fragrant gin and some Martini rosso to balance it out.
Mint, lime, pressed apple, sugar syrup, soda
A great version of the classic Mojito. Based around the freshness of pressed apple juice, with all the stunning flavours of lime, mint and a little sweetness to bring it alive. Who needs alcohol anyway?
Rye whisky, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters
Quite simply a classic. Warming and light whisky shaken with a touch of sweet herbal vermouth, and a couple of drops of bitters to give it a nice mellow aftertaste. One for the boys?
