Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.

We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.

On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know. We’d encourage you to try some new cocktails from our list alongside your favourites. Who knows? We may just introduce you to your new favourite cocktail. In the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.

peach cocktail in glass

Peach Martini

Gin, creme de peche, dry vermouth, peach bitters

A nice sipping cocktail which has some depth to it. Gin is always a great base for a Martini. Add some gently sweet creme de peche peach liqueur with some classic french dry vermouth and a few drops of peach bitters.

orange coloured cocktail

Orange Negroni

Tanqueray Sevilla gin, Martini Fiero, Aperol

A light twist on the classic Negroni. One of the most popular cocktails in the world right now. Our twist is to add in fashionable Aperol for a light touch of bitter and the orangey Fiero which works well with Sevilla gin.

Brown cocktail in coupette glass

On the High Seas

Coming soon. One of our latest cocktails under development.

OMD

Orange juice, mango juice, coconut syrup, lime, soda

OMD. Orange, Mango and a dash of lime. An alcohol-free beauty. Long and fruity, combining a fantastic blend of 3 tropical flavours – and all of this in a refreshing drink with a clear conscience.

New England

Bourbon, pressed apple juice, maple spice syrup

If Autumn was a cocktail, this is what it would taste like. Warming and sweet notes of Bourbon, sit comfortably with refreshing apple. We also add our American twist: a little maple spice to make a perfect blend.

Mudslide

Vodka, Kahlua, Baileys

One of the better known modern, creamy cocktails. It looks and tastes of the Baileys that it’s based on, but with the addition of vodka to give it a bit of bite, and the warming coffee tones of Kahlua, it is a well balanced cocktail.

Mojito

White Rum, mint, lime, sugar and soda

The poor man’s drink from Cuba becomes the uber-cool cocktail of choice. A refreshing and deceptively spirity drink with the complex additions of sour lime, powerful mint and sweet sugar. And soda to make it long, long and relaxed.

orange Mimosa cocktail

Mimosa

Grand Marnier, orange juice, Prosecco

An historic cocktail and a more sophisticated take on a Buck’s Fizz. The richness of cognac from the Grand Marnier combines well with the orange notes and the zing of the OJ. Topped with indulgent Prosecco. Light and lovely.

Merry Berry Cherry cocktail

Merry Berry Cherry

Cranberry juice, orange juice, cherry syrup

This is an alcohol-free beauty. Long and fruity, the distinctive flavour of cherry comes through in this distinctive mocktail. Who needs alcohol anyway?

Margarita

Tequila, Cointreau, Lemon Juice, Salted Rim (optional)

Zingy and satisfying with tequila, triple sec and fresh lime, refreshing and simply delicious! One of the many cocktails we could create at your place or special occasion!
