The ladies have said how much they enjoyed your talk ….it was just the right amount of Information on the ingredients that are used for making Cocktails …..showing us how to mix them properly and all done with a great sense of humour..

I have long been a fan of cocktails. I have always avoided the Cosmopolitan with it including cranberry juice, which on its own I find too bitter, but in the cocktail it was amazing, I will definitely be making that one regularly!

One of our members, who doesn’t usually drink, made the Mojito along with you, and in order not to waste the mint that she had bought, made another afterwards, and woke on Tuesday with a rather sore head!
