Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.

We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.

On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know. We’d encourage you to try some new cocktails from our list alongside your favourites. Who knows? We may just introduce you to your new favourite cocktail. In the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.

Negroni cocktail

Citrus Negroni

Lemon gin, Martini Fiero vermouth, rosehip bitter liqueur

Another great version of a classic cocktail – the Negroni. This one has some citrus though. Beautiful Malfy lemon gin, combined with the slightly orangey notes of Martini Fiero. Plus some bitter and complex Sacred rosehip liqueur to remind you of Summer.

Watermelon Martini

Strawberry Vanilla Martini

Vanilla vodka, Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth, strawberry syrup

Another one of our in-house created cocktails. A vodka Martini with sweet flavoured vodka and vermouth. The strawberry flavours from the vermouth are boosted by the sweetness of the syrup. Delicious.

Pear Martini in a glass

Pear Martini

Coming soon. One of our new cocktails under development

orange brown cocktail

Tipping Point

Marmalade vodka, Martini rosso vermouth, Kamm & Sons liqueur

A modern and spirity cocktail. The fantastic Chase marmalade vodka sits well with the sweetness of Martini rosso. Add some bitterness of the little known Kamm & Sons bitter ginseng liqueur and you have one great cocktail.

Cherry Bakewell cocktail

Cherry Bakewell Fizz

Amaretto di Saronno, cherry syrup, Prosecco

A lovely albeit sweet fizzy cocktail to remind you of the biscuit tin! The almond tones of Amaretto work so well with the cherry flavour from the Monin syrup. Then topped with fizz to make it an indulgent drink.

Gooseberry Martini

Gooseberry Martini

Gooseberry gin, St. Germain elderflower, Noilly Prat dry vermouth

Beautiful new in-house created cocktail. A proper Martini with gin and vermouth. The subtlety of the gooseberry is brought out by the sweetness of the elderflower liqueur. A great cocktail for an English Summer.

apricot based cocktail

Apricot Martini

Gin, Amaretto, dry vermouth, apricot syrup

A sweet cocktail based on a classic Martini formula. Gin provides the base. We then add Amaretto with authentic almond flavour from the apricot kernels plus some French dry vermouth and a little sweetness from the apricot syrup.

peach cocktail in glass

Peach Martini

Gin, creme de peche, dry vermouth, peach bitters

A nice sipping cocktail which has some depth to it. Gin is always a great base for a Martini. Add some gently sweet creme de peche peach liqueur with some classic french dry vermouth and a few drops of peach bitters.

Pouring pink Martini

Rose Martini

Lanique rose liqueur, Martini rosato vermouth, rose syrup

A beautiful and delicate Martini with the unusual fragrance and taste of rose. The Lanique rose liqueur combines well with the pink vermouth. Add a lil’ shot of rose syrup and you have one modern twist on the classic Martini.

orange coloured cocktail

Orange Negroni

Tanqueray Sevilla gin, Martini Fiero, Aperol

A light twist on the classic Negroni. One of the most popular cocktails in the world right now. Our twist is to add in fashionable Aperol for a light touch of bitter and the orangey Fiero which works well with Sevilla gin.
