“Booked the cocktail shaker boys for my daughters hen do. It’s was a Harry Potter themed party & Andrew fully engaged with us naming the cocktails we had chosen from the menu with names from Harry Potter. The cocktails were really premium but strong! & Andrew kept us entertained for the 2 hours he was with us. We all had a fab fun night.”

“Thanks for a brilliant evening. I have received great feedback from our members – the ladies loved your light hearted style and banter! It made such a lovely change to be informed and entertained at the same time! Personally I am now fired up to make a Cosmopolitan at the first opportunity and hope to see you again soon. Again, many thanks for a great evening. Best wishes Anne”

“Andrew and Duncan were so personable. They came to our house to do a range of cocktails which were authentic, tasted great and were so well received by all in attendance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Cocktail Shaker Boys and will certainly be using them again for any parties in the future.”
” The Cocktail Shaker Boys came to speak at our Group WI meeting in April. In total 50 of us enjoyed a highly entertaining evening with Andrew and Steve, who are both slick presenters with a great sense of humour. They expounded the history of cocktails, the components used, how they are made and most importantly, we tested some cocktails and mocktails during the evening! Their core business, started 12 years ago, is providing a cocktail service at parties and weddings and some of our members may now be asking them to provide their service at special events. A memorable night!”
“Cocktail Shaker Boys provided a fantastic service from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward and any questions were responded to quickly. The cocktail evening was a highlight for everyone on the Hen Do; Duncan and Tom were excellent at guiding us how to make our own cocktails. Lots of fun was had and we wouldn’t hesitate in booking again!”
“Thank you to the fabulous Cocktail Shaker Boys – The drinks were delicious, and the boys were extremely professional and lovely to have around. Great addition to our Hen party!” Thanks Rebecca
“Thank you so much for making our birthday celebration so special. Everyone said how much fun it was and what a difference it made having people with knowledge about they drinks they were serving, and also how friendly and fun you are. We have friends who are wanting to book again for their own events. And we will definitely be booking again. And the personalised menus were a fantastic touch.” All the best Laura
“The cocktail shaker boys really made my 50th birthday party at home a special event. With Andrew I selected the 6 cocktails which everyone loved. Cocktails flowed all evening and they tasted and looked amazing.”
“Just wanted to say thanks for helping create a fantastic party on Saturday night. The guys were fantastic and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails (a bit too much probably!).” Thanks again Liz
“Thank you to Duncan and Tom for making our daughter’s 21st party so fantastic. The boys arrived promptly and set up ready for our guests with minimum fuss. They were personable, easy going and very professional.
In the organisation of the event, Andrew supported me to plan the perfect cocktail menu with my daughter in mind. He made the whole planning event very straightforward.
The glasses we were served our cocktails in, the quality of the products and the atmosphere the boys created for us all was perfect. I would 100% recommend the cocktail shaker boys to you all!” Thanks Gabe
“Just a quick message to say a HUGE thank you! The cocktails went down an absolute treat and kept everyone going till midnight! All the best” Nisha.
“I booked the cocktail shaker boys for my sisters hen at a farm house in Market Harborough and it was FAB!
The cocktails were professionally made and served in gorgeous glasses, they also provided menus which looked amazing. The boys were warm, fun and attentive. I would definitely recommend.”
“Wow! That is all I can say really – what an absolutely fantastic night we had with Steve and Duncan! They were absolutely brilliant; flexible and accommodating making some of the most delicious cocktails that the group had ever tried, including being allowed to go slightly off-piste from time to time. Duncan even created me my very own cocktail which I aptly named “The Duncan Disorderly”!
Honestly, it far surpassed my expectations- I loved that the boys were happy to serve us in the hot tub too, it completely made the party!
Thank you again – it’s a shame we are so far away in West Sussex ordinarily otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to book for my own hen party next year!!”
“We would like to thank you for a great evening. Cocktails enjoyed by all. Will definitely use you guys again.
I have attached a couple of pics.” Kind regards Christine
“We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. It was easy to enquire then book the cocktail menu for a hen do. It was tailored to the groups tastes and catered well for pregnant ladies and allergies in the group! On the night, the team arrived in plenty of time to set up. They were good fun, polite and tweaked plans to suit us. We started by helping to make the cocktails and then the group played games whilst popping back to collect more cocktails! Brilliant fun and very strong cocktails, we would definitely recommend!” Kathryn 🙂
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys were great, working to put a bespoke menu together that was Mummy-To-Be friendly. They were on the ball from the off with a lively crowd ready to taste the personalised cocktails put together by the guys. Super friendly and left the place looking immaculate (such a bonus, especially after a few fruity delights). Would recommended 100%”
“An awesome experience from start to finish, with a supportive and professional approach to all aspects of the evening from Andrew in advance and wonderful delivery of cocktails on the night by him and Steve. The landmark birthday was an evening of celebrating made all the more special by the cocktail shaker boy’s enthusiasm to provide the best cocktails, demonstrate to guests the art of cocktail making and allow all those wanting to learn the art of a great cocktail. All 4 generations enjoyed the night as did Katie’s friends and it will be a memory we talk about for years to come. Who would have thought at 102 Nanny Dot would have her first cocktail experience whilst the rest of us had the most amazing night of fun too!” Anna
“Just wanted to say a huge thank you after an absolutely fantastic night for my best friend’s Hen Party! Andrew and the team were so professional throughout, we had a group of 22 ladies of all different ages and Andrew made us a bespoke menu of all Natalie’s favourite cocktails. Everyone loved it! The boys were so friendly, didn’t judge our crazy hen party games and made us the most delicious cocktails! Honestly would recommend to everyone, they really made Natalie’s night so special and all the ladies said what brilliant fun you were! Will look forward to having you again soon! Thanks again all”, Emily
“Thank you so much to everyone at the Cocktail Shaker Boys for a fantastic night for a long awaited Hen party! Great communication from Andrew beforehand including text updates, and to Steve and Duncan for doing everything on the night! We were having so much fun that we barely took any photos, with other high praise from the hens including “the best Pornstar Martini I’ve ever had”. The bride loved it, the ladies all loved it, and as the person booking: I loved it. You all made it very easy to book, make changes, choose a menu and even included the Bride’s name in the menus which was a lovely special touch! Very responsive to enquiries and an excellent service all around. Very much appreciated not having to wash up too! The boys were smartly turned out, organised, and were happy to make bespoke changes to drinks such as boozy versions of our mocktails on the night. I would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone!” Best wishes, Michelle
“We all had a great time. Both Duncan and Tom were very professional and lovely guys. Best of all the cocktails were a hit, especially the Grasshopper.”
“Thanks to the Cocktail Shaker Boys for yet another great evening. This is the second time that we have used this company and cannot fault the cocktails, the service or just the overall professionalism of the team. We could not recommend them more highly and will certainly be using them again. Their cocktails really do get the party started, thanks Boys.”
“Thank you so much for Saturday night. Steve and James did a fantastic job, it really did make Vicki’s birthday weekend extra special. In fact we loved it so much that we wondered if you and your team would be free to provide the same service for a hen do next year (I am not sure how far you travel so it may be outside of your area). “
“Fabulous evening had by all. Many thanks. Congratulations to you and the two cocktail shaker boys. They were great and much appreciated by the guests.”
“A huge thank you to the cocktail shaker boys for their fantastic service at Ashton Lodge country house. From start to finish Andrew was great, emailing checking the logistics which put our mind at ease that he was organised and the masterclass would run smoothly. On the evening, they set up with plenty of time spare just in case, the table set up looked great. The guests absolutely loved the masterclass, with one of the biggest crowds we have seen surrounding the table all enjoying themselves and laughing. The couple said what a great addition to their wedding it was and all the guests commented on what a good idea it was. Not only were the cocktails made to a high standard, but the atmosphere they brought to the evening was brilliant. Thanks again guys, we hope to see you again soon!”
“Great cocktails, great service, very friendly staff, when we had to change our venue last minute, it was no problem to them at all. The menus are a great touch.”
“Thank you so very much for your contribution to our Celebration party. I have had lots of lovely comments – your presentation was amusing and informative and people enjoyed trying different cocktails. We both had such a lovely evening. Please pass on my thanks to Sandy acting as “the lovely Debbie McGee” Sheila and Brian xx
“Thank you so much Andrew. Duncan was fantastic yesterday and the cocktails were absolutely gorgeous. All my staff thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails and mocktails. Absolutely fantastic addition to our evening. Thank you”
Ellie
“It was a late booking but the Cocktail Shaker Boys pulled out all the stops and delivered a first class service. Prompt arrival from a distance. Swift set up and some amazing Cocktails all in different glasses to complement that particular cocktail. The girls enjoyed making a few as well as drinking a few! Thanks to the Cocktail Shaker Boys my daughter’s hen party was a great success!!”
THEIR FIRST FACE-TO-FACE MEETING POST COVID. “It was nice to actually meet you both in person, last Tuesday. Our members found your interesting and informative talk on the history of, and making of cocktails, most entertaining. They certainly enjoyed the mini cocktail samples at the end!”
“After many months of indecision, not knowing whether I would be able to hold my 70th birthday bash, the day arrived and despite only being allowed 30 guests, the sun shone and everything was ready.
The Cocktail Shaker boys arrived as promised, on time, set up their impressive display, and proceeded to dispense delicious cocktails to all my guests. The choice was amazing, all set out on a lovely Menu. The challenge was to decide which one first! There was something for all to try. The boys were charming, informative and so courteous to my guests, everyone was hooked!! Many delicious cocktails were enjoyed that afternoon, and the overall verdict was that it was a complete success – and when were we going to do it again?!
So thank you, Cocktail Shaker Boys, for helping to make my party go with such a swing.”
“We had the Cocktail Shaker Boys for my sister’s hen party. First get together in months so we had a smaller intimate hen-do. We did an ‘at home pub crawl’. Two of the bars were Hawaiian and Mexican so we matched 2 cocktails to each bar theme. They were delicious & well presented. The team were friendly and professional and I would definitely book again.”
“Having seen a previous WI group say that they had a zoom cocktail evening, we decided it would be a nice fun evening for our WI to try out. We contacted the Cocktail Shaker Boys, and went ahead and booked.
It was a great evening – as lockdown had been eased, we were able to meet in others houses in small groups, and this worked well on Zoom. It was great to get a list of ingredients beforehand, and we pooled our resources.
The Cocktail Shaker Boys delivered an excellent session. Easy to follow, very informative, and at a good pace which enabled us to make them along with them at the same time as the demonstration. You could otherwise just watch, and create later.
Would highly recommend them, for a nice evening activity with friends. Next time we would arrange for a Friday night though “
“What can I say but thank you for a wonderful evening last night? We had a great time and your promise of learning how to make two cocktails certainly enticed some of our zoom shy members out to play! We have received great feedback from all our members that took part last night. Some have gone to invest in cocktails shakers and glasses whilst others were busy adding triple sec and white rum to their click and collect shopping bags. We were also really pleased that you showed us a mocktail recipe as we have a few ladies that don’t drink alcohol.
I can’t recommend your zoom night highly enough. We felt it was great value for money (words our treasurer doesn’t say quite so enthusiastically normally!), there was something for everyone and we had a really great time.
I also think its important to say that prior to the evening all the communication that we had was very efficient, every question and query answered really quickly helping us to plan for the evening. Thank you so much for a great evening.”
“It was mentioned how brilliant you were & how much everyone enjoyed your presentation! We all agreed we wished you lived nearer so we could have you perform in person!!!!”
“We booked the cocktail shaker boys as a birthday surprise for my husband. We invited family and friends via zoom. Everyone was really looking forward to it and no one was disappointed. We had a brilliant night, the 3 cocktails we made were delicious. Andrew was really informative and answered all the questions we threw at him, even if some were a bit random!
It was a brilliant way to spend the evening and I would recommend it, especially if like us your family are dotted around the country.
I will warn you though the cocktails are potent and there were a lot of hangovers the next morning! Well worth it though.”
“Just a quick ‘Thank you’ for your presentation to our members last night. There have been positive comments with people finding it informative and entertaining. Several husbands benefited from a cocktail or two too.
We would love to have you visit us in person (perhaps in November) when there could be 80ish in the hall. What do you think?”
“Andrew from the Cocktail Shaker Boys made for a really entertaining and interactive evening. The event was a great ice-breaker giving us an opportunity to organise something a bit different for our staff whilst we all work remotely. Indeed, the evening continued on Teams long after the zoom session ended. Highly recommend.”
“What a fantastic virtual cocktail evening! An informative and entertaining presentation combined with easy to follow demonstrations of cocktails for us to make at home. I have been inundated with messages from members saying how much they enjoyed it. Highly recommended!” Best wishes Sue
“Just wanted to say I thought they were excellent – entertaining and
informative. They got the tone just right.”
“Thank you for arranging the Cocktail Shaker Boys demonstration. It was a most
enjoyable evening.”
“Another great evening. Thank you very much for organising. Very tempted now to book them for a party!!”
“Thank you, it was excellent.”
“Thank you for an enjoyable evening.”
“May I take this opportunity to thank you so much for providing tonight’s WI entertainment. I learnt a huge amount and enjoyed it very much thanks for thinking about all your members, lovely to see so many faces. Please also thank the host who did an excellent job.”
“Thank you, it was an enjoyable evening.”
“Thank you for organising – very entertaining and a good idea for future events or private parties!”
“Really enjoyed last night. Pleased to see so many there.”
“We had them at our WI before shut down last year but wanted to see them again and get recipes as I’d lost mine. It was lovely to see ladies from other WIs and listening to the questions and chat.”
“They did a great job very enjoyable and interesting.”“Really enjoyed it, will be making some this evening x”“Entertaining and interesting”“I loved it. I’m definitely booking them for my 50th”“Brilliant. Want to book them live for next year post Covid x”“I loved it. Lots of really interesting information and great practicals. Can’t find fault at all.”
“Thank you to Andrew and Steve for a very informative, entertaining and interactive Zoom session. It was really well organised between the two of you, a great mix of facts and fun information about cocktails and their ingredients. Several members had planned ahead getting the ingredients lined up and followed along with the demos. Highly recommended for any group needing a refreshing Zoom call, and for the lucky folk who are more local perhaps a live event.”
Andrew and Steve gave our WI an informative, entertaining and interactive Zoom meeting. We learnt about the history of Cocktails and also the ingredients needed to make some exciting drinks.
l would highly recommend these speakers as they have a polished zoom talk, swapping easily between themselves to keep our members entertained for the whole talk and it encourages you to try the cocktails out.
We would definitely consider booking again and would encourage other WI’s to as well.
Fun evening was had by all and positive comments by all attending and also on our FB page after..
Thank you Andrew and Steve.” Lynne
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys zoom presentation was a good substitute for the WI Christmas Party we could not have in December 2020.
It was an entertaining and informative presentation and we learnt a lot about the history of cocktails and how to make them.
The easy to follow demonstration meant we could join in and make a few delicious cocktails to enjoy in the comfort of our own home.
A good format for a zoom presentation with a difference.”
“What a brilliant evening we had, listening to you both explaining cocktails and their history to our WI. It was fascinating, very professional, seamlessly swapping between the two of you for a really entertaining time.
The cocktails and the mocktail were enjoyable and delicious. It was great fun following your instructions as the evening progressed. A number of us have said that we will definitely have a go at making them again, and our household is inspired to experiment further. One of the advantages of being online was that everyone could join in at home, including those of us who would normally end up as the designated driver for other people. Both everyone who made cocktails and those who just watched had a very enjoyable evening, and we would definitely recommend you to other WIs and groups.
Thanks again. Happy Christmas to you both.” Christine
“Whilst many of us would like to be able to meet together in a face to face environment, we had a fun and entertaining cocktail making evening via Zoom as an alternative. This worked really well for us as we were a willing audience, ready to engage!
Andrew was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of useful information regarding cocktails that we could all take away and put to good use over the Christmas period. The cocktails were well chosen, and there was something for everyone.
We were able to see how the cocktails were made, and had plenty of prior notice for the ingredients that we would need. Andrew was also engaging and happy to answer any questions as we went along, as well as at the end of the night.
All in all, I’ve had great feedback from the ladies who attended; and many of them have added new spirits etc to their Christmas shopping lists.” Kind regards, Cara
“Thank you for a great Zoom session. So informative and fun. I have discovered a liking for a Cosmopolitan! Would definitely recommend The Cocktail Shaker Boys.” Kind regards Barbara
“Thank you Cocktail Shaker Boys for a well planned, informative and most of all fun Zoom evening. Would certainly recommend their Zoom session, excellent value for money, we all can’t wait till we can have a proper cocktail tasting all together. Quote from a member “What a lovely evening “”
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys were great; their online cocktail making session was fun, informative, and interactive and provided all our members with some great ideas for making new cocktails and tips for making them like a pro! I would thoroughly recommend them. Best wishes K”
“Brilliant demo last night very informative with the history etc and very entertaining, do hope we will be able to book you and see you live one day in our village hall.”
“It was definitely fun – Andrew and Steve, thank you so much for entertaining us at our WI meeting. We’ve only recently started virtual meetings for our members, but your presentation via Zoom worked so well: a great mix of cocktail history, fun facts, anecdotes and demonstrations, all shaken, stirred and served with great humour and panache. From your kitchen to ours, it worked really well, especially for those of us who had your ingredients’ list to hand and made their own cocktails at home. Cheers! And kind regards from 20+ ladies of Hackleton & District WI.”
“We had a brilliant evening with the Cocktail Shaker Boys. The evening was very well planned for Zoom and everyone was able to take part in making the cocktails, as well as being able to learn more about the history and the different spirits. We would highly recommend their zoom sessions – they are fun, informative and excellent value for money.”
“Thank you to you both for an excellent presentation for the members of our WI on Monday. A number of members who were on the call, all said how professional and well done your demonstration was. It was extremely interesting to hear the history of cocktails and their ingredients, thank you for sharing your expertise. The…
“I would like to thank Andrew and Steve for helping me shake off the Jam and Jerusalem image of the W.I. They came to our group in January, a very dry and boring month, and shook everything about !! We had lots of visitors at what proved to be an informative, tasty and very funny talk. Andrew and Steve are both very knowledgeable and kept everyone’s attention the whole time. We will definitely be having them back and some of us will be using them for parties in the very near future. Oh and by the way the cocktails were lush !! “
“Thanks to Andrew & Duncan for their time at our Family Christmas Party. Cocktails went down well with young and old alike and the menu choices provided were great and all tastes were catered for. The Cocktail Shakers are a great addition to any party!”
“I would like to say a big thank you to Steve and Andrew for making our Christmas Party so Special….. The ladies have said how much they enjoyed your talk ….it was just the right amount of Information on the ingredients that are used for making Cocktails …..showing us how to mix them properly and all done with a great sense of humour..
They loved the way that you had made the cocktail samples up in the little bottles with straws and the mocktails in the little shot glasses… you handed the samples out very professionally but making it fun and it was just right to go with the party food….
but I have to say Andrew I look forward to the next time you and Steve do your act…. I will have no problem recommending The Cocktail Shaker Boys to anyone….. Thank you once again”
“We had a fabulous time on Saturday night and the cocktails went down really well with all of the guests. We found your service was slick, friendly and funny. We would happily use you for another event and the Lavender Martini had a huge thumbs up from me! Thank you again for your help in making my birthday so special.”
“We all had such a great time celebrating my 30th. You were both brilliant. Thank you so much. I have some pictures. I will send them over to you.”
“Once again, the Cocktail Shaker Boys delivered! The third time we have enjoyed their ever-changing list of cocktails, but the first time in our own home. All worked fantastically well from the initial enquiry through to the actual night – quick and helpful responses, some great cocktails suggestions and very flexible to any changes.
I also have to commend the performance on the night – with their unique mix of professionalism, whilst at the same time joining in the entertainment.
Very glad, having sampled all the cocktails, that there were no glasses to wash up afterwards as they had dealt with it all!”
“Just wanted to say a super big thank you for doing Maya’s birthday cocktail evening- it was amazing and everybody was very complimentary about how much they enjoyed the cocktails-though a little fragile the following morning.. always a sign of a good night.
So a special thank you to Duncan – he was a star and made the evening. It was great👍 Thank you again and will defo share your details with friends – so may see you at a future party. Take care” Pixie
“Steve and Duncan made sure my party was magical. They worked so hard to keep all my guests happy at my 50th -mixing a plethora of amazing cocktails ! I tried them all as it would be rude not to. It would be too hard to pick a favourite but the Espresso Martini and the French 75 were to die for. My few non drinking friends loved the mocktails too. Arriving well in time, setting up and cleaning away with no fuss or admin needed from me meant I could enjoy my night. Couldn’t recommend them more highly – and will be having them back as soon as I can think up a good excuse. Thanks again for making my event so special.” Nina
A BIG thank you to the Cocktail Shaker Boys for coming to serve cocktails at our 40th ruby anniversary garden party.
It made our party special.
Our guests loved the cocktails – saying they were the best they had ever had. Our guests said it was a fantastic evening and the Cocktail Shaker Boys were so friendly and helpful.
Right from when we booked them they have been very professional and helpful. Lots of communication about the service they provide and helping us get the right mix of cocktails for our party. They have made what was a very special celebration a more memorable one. Once again a big THANK YOU. 🍸🍹

“Great fun”, “Entertaining”, “Really nice guys”, “Amusing”, “Interesting and Informative”.
These were just some of the positive comments from our members at the end of a lovely evening.
We highly recommend The Cocktail Shaker Boys for a social group who appreciate something out of the ordinary and yet “very now” – suitable for a large or small group.
“We had a very informative and amusing evening. They charmed and entertained us all with their knowledge of cocktails in such a fun way. The cocktail and mocktail tasting was very enjoyable. The grasshoppers were very popular. Definitely our best meeting of the year!”
“Thank you for your entertaining presentation. Our knowledge has been broadened regarding the use of spirits, modifiers and mixers. The which, the why and the how. Cocktails and Mocktails were tasted, tested, colours admired and enjoyed by everyone. A super evening.”
“I would like to thank you for your entertaining presentation. Our knowledge has been broadened with regard to the use of spirits, modifiers and mixers. The which, the why and the how. Cocktails and Mocktails were tasted, tested, colour admired and enjoyed by everyone. A super evening.”
“We used the Cocktail Shaker Boys for a corporate hospitality event, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. From first meeting, right through to the event itself, they listened to our needs, made helpful suggestions about how to tailor their offering, and provided a very informative and enjoyable pre-dinner event for our guests. Learning about (and sampling) a variety of cocktails was great fun, and everyone agreed that they were made the best Espresso Martinis they had ever tasted!”
“What a night! The Bride to be loved it! We invited the Cocktail Shaker Boys to come and do their thing at my niece’s hen weekend get-away in a lovely rented cottage. From the initial communication to the evening itself Andrew has been amazing, keeping me informed, sorting out pricing (we had a few changes) and the lead up to the event itself.
From the moment the guys (Andrew & Steve) arrived you could tell it was going to be a good night, they are both very professional, I personally liked the suits they wore!, and really good fun and easy to get along with. This was really important as you are inviting these guys into your home.
The night was great fun, the cocktails flowed and even the mocktails went down a treat. The guys also joined in with some of our silly games. The night flew by and we soon had to say goodbye to our lovely cocktails guys. They cleaned and tidied before they left and you wouldn’t know they had been apart from the tipsy bunch of ladies they left behind. For anyone looking for that something a little bit different to set their party or event aside from the rest, these guys are definitely for you! Can’t fault them at all.”
“Steve and Andrew were amazing. Firstly I can’t believe how far they had travelled for my hen party. But everything they provided, from the friendly welcome, to the drinks, to the laughs. They were professional, fun and generally lovely gentlemen. The cocktails were delicious and they were even kind enough to make the non-alcoholic ones a little alcoholic just to tailor what myself as the bride needed for the night.
They joined in our games and laughs and even posed for selfies. And weren’t just serving but were also a huge part of our evening. I will 100% recommend The Cocktail Shaker Boys to everyone and will also definitely be booking them again … even if it’s just for a causal Saturday night! Outstanding service. Thanks again. A very happy and (hungover) bride and head-sore hens.”
“Thank you so much for Saturday evening. You must see and be part of many parties, thanks for being part of mine. You took a lot of ribbing!!! There were a few sore heads, but everyone has said how much they enjoyed the cocktails.”
I hope our paths will cross again sometime, you have a unique product that brings lots of fun and joy.
“Thanks so much to you and Duncan for last night – it was fab! We’ve had brilliant feedback from our delegates and the cocktails were delicious.”
Thank to you and Steve for coming along to Groby W I last night. The feedback from the committee, members and visitors was amazing. Everyone really did enjoy the professional presentation from start to finish, and I’m sure gained knowledge all about making cocktails. Of course the tasting was a bonus! I will certainly recommend you to other WI’s if that is alright. I am sure you will be in demand in the future, so thanks for coming to Groby. It was lovely to meet you both. Hope to see you in 2020!
Kind regards
Ros

“The Loughborough Ladies enjoyed a very entertaining evening in the company of Andrew and Steve, the Cocktail Shaker Boys. We were given a potted history of cocktails, learned all about the various components of cocktails and watched, mouths watering as Andrew and Steve demonstrated how to make a couple of cocktails and a couple of mocktails. Then, best of all, we got to taste them and they were truly delicious. Education and cocktails proved to be a very popular mix with the Ladies. I would certainly recommend the Cocktail Shaker Boys!”
“Thank you both very much for your excellent services on Saturday. You certainly helped make it a night to remember (even though I have a few blanks regarding the end of the night!). Thank you once again – it was an excellent evening & fantastic entertainment too!” Kind regards Sam
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys provided a most enlightening insight into the world of cocktails. Andrew and Steve entertained us with their light-hearted, but informative, knowledge of cocktails and their ingredients and the tasty cocktail and mocktail samples provided at the end were most welcome on a cold evening.” Lynette – Leire WI
Thanks for coming to our meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed the demonstration and talk you gave. We had a fantastic turnout despite the snow and I think a lot of this was due to them looking forward to your visit. The talk was very informative and amusing. The samples were delicious as well. I hope we’ll get chance to book you again in the future. Liz

Thank you so much for last night. We all had a fabulous time. Personally for me it was a very special evening with my family. Please pass on our thanks to Duncan too. Loved it all. My family will be talking about it for a long long time. Very best wishes Marg X
If you want something/someone, out of the ordinary for an event or group meeting……….try The Cocktail Shaker Boys!!! You`ll have an informative and highly enjoyable evening….with a taster session as a finale. A cocktail of fun! Denise – Welford W.I.
What a party and the Cocktail Shaker Boys were a huge part of its success. Everyone loved the cocktails and the special one made for me was delicious – not even a hangover in the morning! Thank you so much I would certainly recommend you – I’ll certainly use your services again..
“Would like to thank the shaker boys for the evening of yummy cocktails and some great laughs! The atmosphere was really laid back which is exactly what we were after, it was great that they were able to come to our holiday cottage! Duncan made us all feel comfortable and was up for a laugh too.. the bride got up and joined in with the cocktail making and had a great time!
The communication via email before the night was brilliant also, any questions or alterations that needed to made were answered quickly and nothing seemed like any trouble for them.. can’t fault their service and would definitely use them again in the future!” Sam H
“So impressed with the service and the cocktails from the cocktail shaker boys. If you are thinking of booking them – do it – I would highly recommend them. Thank you Andrew and Duncan”
“For a fabulous, fun and relaxing event we cannot recommend highly enough the Cocktail Shaker Boys. A plentiful and varied menu to suit all tastes, these boys know their stuff!”
“Thanks for a memorable evening – still talked about!!!
Huge apologies that I haven’t got around doing this for you! Here are a few photos….there are more which I’ll have to find.” Deb x
On behalf of our W.I. I would like to thank you both for a great evening. So many of the ladies have been in touch with me to say what a super presentation it was and how much they enjoyed it. They praised your clear and concise talk and the way you delivered it. A great mixture of facts, figures and fun!!! And of course the lovely tasters at the end. You have inspired us to make and try new cocktails. Thank you both for making our evening special. Kindest regards, Ruth
“Very efficient, reliable and professional service. Great fun, everyone really enjoyed our party, delicious cocktails…”
“A huge thank you to you both for my big night, you were absolutely amazing and everybody commented how good the cocktails were and served with the best humour. I would happily recommend you to anyone.”
“We all had a fantastic night and Joe and Duncan were both great, very friendly and joined in the fun! There was a nice range of cocktail/mocktails so everybody had a great choice! We’ll be calling again for our next party!”
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys come highly recommended and were the absolute highlight of my recent 40th. All guests were served with flair and the best cocktails I have ever tried. Thanks” Vicki x
“Thank you so much for making my wife’s 30th Birthday party a success. From the moment the bar opened I don’t think the queue was below 5 people until the time you closed, you got no chance to rest (sorry), everyone has contacted me to say how great the cocktails were and your knowledge of each drink was great. To say I only organised this on Thursday you did a fantastic job of arranging someone to be there at such short notice and the variation was amazing. I will definitely be looking to use your services again as will quite a few who attended, hopefully with a little more notice next time. Thanks again” Jamie
” thanks for your support of last night’s event. Loved to see you in action. I thought the Cocktail Shaker Boys were first class.”
“Thank you so much for helping to make my 40th Birthday a memorable occasion. Andrew and Duncan ( the cocktail shaker boys) supplied my guests with a delicious selection of cocktails. They were professional, punctual and very friendly. They organised the cocktails well and discretely tidied up, which helped the party flow well. I have had a lot of positive feedback from my friends and we look forward to using them again in the future! Thank you once again.” Louise
“Thank you so much for Saturday. We had a great night and we loved the cocktails! My feet haven’t touched the ground since!”
“Having a chosen a venue for my 40th birthday party without a licensed bar, we wanted a way to get the party started and put everyone at ease. And wow did the cocktailshakerboys make that happen very quickly? Within half an hour all the guests were talking about which cocktail they were going to have next.
It was a great way of getting everyone meeting and talking as they all gathered around the cocktails. The following day everyone told us how much they enjoyed the party and especially the cocktails.
The whole experience was excellent, from meeting with Andrew & Steve, to discuss the party theme and what cocktails we might like, to seeing the menu they prepared. Then on the night they dealt with everything, leaving us to welcome guests etc.”
I would strongly recommend the Cocktailshakerboys if you want to hold a party that people will still be talking about months later.”
“We were delighted to welcome the Cocktail Shaker Boys to a 50th birthday evening party at our home in April. We had initially hesitated at the cost, but booked anyway. We certainly got brilliant value for money with Andrew and the team delivering all they promised, and more. The cocktails chosen with us were perfect for the 70 or so guests, with a menu of five alcoholic and two non-alcoholic. With a professional set up, appearance and approach, mixing was then done smoothly and efficiently, and I particularly liked the double measures for me as co-host, since I couldn’t get to the bar as often! The team collected glasses throughout the evening and at the end, and worked cleanly and tidily throughout. Best of all, we have had rave reviews from our guests, and I think more bookings will be part of their party planning, and ours.” Best wishes, and again thank you, Neil
“As a guest to a 50th birthday party held at my friend’s home, I thought the Cocktail Shaker Boys were fantastic.”
“On behalf of Queniborough WI I would like to thank you for a fabulous evening. The cocktails were the very best we had ever had and we also enjoyed hearing about the history of cocktails. You were very professional and had a great sense of humour. Hope to see you again in the near future.” Thank you once again. Carole
“I would just like to say thanks for making my 40th birthday party a great evening. Everyone is still talking about it now, and that is down to the effect the cocktails had on everyone. Thanks again.” Helen
“This is the second time we’ve booked The Cocktail Shaker Boys for an event and we will definitely be booking them for more in the future. This time it was for my 21st birthday party and they were fantastic! Throughout the booking process the boys were efficient and professional, replying to our emails quickly and always ensuring that we were happy with the arrangements. They arrived at the party full of energy and looking very smart. The cocktail menus looked great and everyone was excited to choose a cocktail and watch it being made in front of them (some of the guests even helped with the shaking!). My party was made that extra bit special having my favourite cocktails available and knowing all my guests were having a great time with a drink they loved! Thank you boys!” Georgia
“You were at my 21st birthday party on Saturday. Thank you so much, we all had an amazing time and everyone has said how brilliant it was having cocktails made for us all night!”
“Very professional made our party !! Every one looked after, non alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails were lush and a bonus they cleaned up after themselves!! Will defo book them again :)”
“I held a cocktail party at my house with a group of 10 friends and had a fabulous memorable night in! It was more cost effective for us to stop in than it was to go out on the town……the cocktails were the best we had ever tried and the cocktail shaker boys were professional, friendly and had an excellent sense of humour when the rest of us became rather raucous! Thanks for a fantastic evening which we are still talking about 6 weeks later! Can’t wait to book another party, perhaps a BBQ in the summer with cocktails?!” Claire T
“Thank you, thank you, what a wonderful evening, you certainly helped to make the party a great success for us all. It was great meeting you at last after all our communications; your organisation was brilliant which took the worry & stress out of the party arrangements, we knew we were in safe hands.
The cocktails were delicious, you probably noticed I sampled a few!! The party guests loved the choice of cocktails, your professionalism & friendly approach made us all feel very relaxed & happy, especially the birthday girl.
Many thanks to you both for doing such a fabulous job. Good luck for the future, I hope I can find another excuse when I can have a Cocktail Party. Thanks Ruth
“The Cocktail Shaker Boys made my party eternally memorable. The verdict was unanimous: all my guests thought the drinks were fantastic, with the Boys and their cocktails very much the centre of attention. Their visit beforehand to agree the menu selection and the organisation meant everything ran really smoothly on the night and I was able to spend all my time with my friends.
I won’t hesitate to book them again for my next ‘landmark’ event – my friends would never forgive me – and would recommend them as a great addition to any celebration.”
“The evening was amazing with delicious cocktails from a personalised menu. Thank you so much! I wont hesitate to recommend you!” Hanna
“I hired the Cocktail Shaker Boys for my 40th birthday celebrations with the girls. The evening was amazing with delicious cocktails from a personalised menu. We had two hours of cocktails and three drinks each which was the perfect amount and time for pre dinner celebrations. Thank you so much! I wont hesitate to recommend you! Thank you again for such a fab evening.” Hanna
“When my son requested a cocktail party for his 21st birthday, the thought of organising spirits, mixers and glasses for a range of cocktails for 40 people was not appealing…….But the Cocktail Shaker Boys provided the perfect solution! We agreed on a menu of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and then Andrew organised the rest. I only had to provide tables to serve from and ice – so I had the easy part.
The party was a great success with all age groups as there was something for everyone. At the end Andrew cleared away and washed up so there was nothing left for me to do except carry on with the party! Anne, Gilmorton”
“I just wanted to send you a message to say thank you for helping to make Saturday night such a fabulous success. Apparently there were a few headaches the next day and most of us felt very ‘tired’. Probably didn’t help that we also consumed 10 bottles of fizz too!! I will be recommending you, and will probably call on your services again sometime. Once again, thank you.” Regards Carolyn
“Thanks for all your hard work on Saturday night. A great time was had by all and the cocktail bar along with bartenders (and Mojitos) were a complete hit with all our guests! Thanks again. Really appreciate all your efforts.” Tracie
“Our WI meeting was eagerly anticipated and we had a number of additional visitors. Behind an array of bottles, Andrew and Steve gave a very informative and entertaining presentation about the history of cocktails and their ingredients. This was followed by the all important sampling opportunity! We were offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails to savour which were much enjoyed by all present and there was still time for questions at the end. Many thanks once again for a excellent evening.”
“Had a great evening full of information, well done boys.” Cocktail Shaker Boys presentation for our W.I. group meeting at Foxton Village Hall – South Leicestershire.
“Many thanks for looking after us so well on Saturday. Ellie had a great evening thank you & we all enjoyed the cocktails enormously; some more than others based on the Sunday morning!”
“Absolutely loved the Cocktail Shaker Boys cocktails! The Gordy Smith and Kimmy K cocktails went down very well!”
Note from our head mixologist. We personalised the menu to fit the girls Kardashian them. The Gordy Smith (the stag) was our take on a Rusty Nail with added stem ginger and orange bitters. The Kimmy K aka the Pornstar Martini

“A big thank you to the Cocktail Shaker Boys! After an educational (but engaging) explanation about the origins and key components of cocktails, we were treated to some samples and the Grasshopper was declared a WI favourite. Thanks” Lisa

My favourite was the Cosmopolitan, and there were plenty of sore heads the next day! A huge thank you.x”
“Thanks so much Andy and Steve for providing such a fantastic evening at my home, for myself and fellow members of Market Harborough Lions Branch Club.
The brief talk at the beginning on the history of cocktails was amusing, as well as educational, and then the cocktails started flowing …
Five cocktails and Three ‘mocktails’ catered for all tastes – The Shakerboys’ own ‘St Louis’ proved the biggest favourite of the evening!
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them, great service, value and most of all …. serious fun!!”
