Kismet
Gin, apricot brandy, stem ginger syrup, Prosecco
A sparkly but fragrant long cocktail. Apricot brandy combines well with the heat of stem ginger. Gin as a base and sparkles to top. A little-known classic
Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.
We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.
On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know. We’d encourage you to try some new cocktails from our list alongside your favourites. Who knows? We may just introduce you to your new favourite cocktail. In the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.
Gin, apricot brandy, stem ginger syrup, Prosecco

Vodka, Apple liqueur, cucumber syrup, cream
A light summery cocktail. If you want something unusual based around the delicate flavour of cucumber then this is a great choice. The apple liqueur adds a little sweetness to the vodka and cream to make it feel indulgent and smooth.
Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, Prosecco
One of the famous champagne style cocktails from the Prohibition era. Tangy and slightly floral gin combines well with the sharpness of the lemon & the sweetness of our simple syrup. Topped with fizz. This is quite simply unbelievably good, better even than the sum of it’s parts.
Golden Rum, Malibu, pineapple juice
One of our own creations, and a real taste of the Caribbean. Mellow golden rum combines with smooth sweet coconut, lengthened with pineapple juice. One to watch the sun go down with.
Lanique rose spirit, Chambord black raspberry, Prosecco
A beautiful, modern sparkling cocktail. Prosecco tops up the fragrant combination of the Lanique rose spirit with black raspberry liqueur.
Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, creme de mure
A modern day classic developed by Dick Bradsell. Ours combines a quality gin, balanced out with a little lemon and sugar syrup. Then float a little blackberry liqueur through the ice. A fantastic sipper.
Pink Pepper Gin, Sacred Spirits red vermouth, Campari
Our take on the much-loved classic Negroni. Audemus pink pepper gin really shines in this cocktail. Complemented beautifully by a complex English red vermouth (who knew?) and the timeless Campari. Great cocktail to start your evening with.
Grand Marnier, orange juice, Prosecco
An historic cocktail and a more sophisticated take on a Buck’s Fizz. The richness of cognac from the Grand Marnier combines well with the orange notes and the zing of the OJ. Topped with indulgent Prosecco. Light and lovely.
Two Birds raspberry vodka, Punt e Mes vermouth, raspberry syrup
Another classic Martini but with a modern twist. Two Birds is an authentic raspberry vodka. Combines well with the bitterness of the Italian Punt e Mes red vermouth and the sweetness of raspberry syrup. Unctious.
Tanqueray Sevilla gin, Martini Fiero, Aperol
A light twist on the classic Negroni. One of the most popular cocktails in the world right now. Our twist is to add in fashionable Aperol for a light touch of bitter and the orangey Fiero which works well with Sevilla gin.
