Exotic twist on a Martini. Classic combination of gin and vermouth in the form of the gorgeous pink rosato. Add a little warming Cointreau. Plus a hit of sweet cardamom. If you like fragrant spicy, this is great.
Brandy, Pear vodka, Monin pear syrup
A full-on hardcore cocktail. This is spirity combining the pear flavoured vodka with the warming, winter tones of French brandy. Add a little pear syrup to add some sweetness and balance.
Cardamom infused blanco tequila, lychee liqueur, Aperol, coriander and lime
A gorgeous and unusual cocktail which has raided the herb & spice cupboard. Gentle notes from the coriander and cardamom work well with some quality tequila and the exotic flavour of lychee. Aperol and lime cut through for balance.
