Spiced Negroni

Pink Pepper Gin, Sacred Spirits red vermouth, Campari

Enter March and let’s welcome Spring. Our take on the much-loved classic Negroni. Audemus pink pepper gin really shines in this cocktail. Complemented beautifully by a complex English red vermouth (who knew?) and the timeless Campari. Great cocktail to start your evening with.

RnB

Rye whisky, Jack Daniels honey liqueur, cinnamon syrup, black walnut bitters

Perhaps a boys drink and yet this isn’t spirity. With a base of soft slightly spicy Canadian rye combined with the mellow sweetness of JD honey. We add a little cinnamon to give this a perfectly balanced flavour.

Long Tall Sally

Brandy, dry vermouth, Galliano, Mandarine Napoleon, champagne

This is a nice albeit with a slightly complex flavour. A little brandy combines with French vermouth, and mandarin liqueur, with a dash of the distinctive Italian Galliano liqueur. Topped with champagne. Gorgeous.

Bramble

Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, creme de mure

A modern day classic developed by Dick Bradsell. Ours combines a quality gin, balanced out with a little lemon and sugar syrup. Then float a little blackberry liqueur through the ice. A fantastic sipper.
