We’re often asked to run 30th birthday parties for clients at their home. It’s fairly straightforward to be honest. We’ll ask you how many people you’re inviting and something about the female : male mix. The party pictured here was all girls. We then put together a suggested menu to fit the crowd. Usually the choice is our 5+2 menu : a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 mocktails. Alternatively if you’re hardcore you can go for a menu selection of 6 alcoholic cocktails instead!
Our menu will be balanced. We’ll use a variety of base spirits and a selection of styles of cocktails. You might have something sparkly featuring Prosecco and something long and fruity. Maybe something short and spirity from Prohibition. So something for everyone – hopefully.
We agree the fee with you in advance too. That way you don’t have anything to worry about on the night. You’ll have paid the deposit in advance and you’ll know what there still is to pay. We’ll print some bespoke cocktail menus for you, to help your guests select their cocktails. And we will be on hand of course to explain the menu, the ingredients and even where some of the names came from.
We include the glass hire as part of our package price. And that’s about it really. You pay us for the supply of the drink, the glasses, and our je ne sais quoi of course in how to make you some lovely cocktails.
