Aperol Spritz
Aperol, Prosecco, soda water
This is a modern day classic already. The world’s top selling spritz and a Mediterranean holiday favourite (remember them?!) A double shot of Prosecco, with sparkly Prosecco and a dash of soda.
Now for the fun bit. Choosing your cocktail menu! You may have already read that we generally run with a cocktail menu of 5+2 : that’s a choice of 5 cocktails and 2 non-alchoholic mocktails. Some customers opt for a menu of 6 cocktails instead.
We will put together a menu for you to suit your guests. Over the years, we’ve learned what people like. We’ll ask you for the age profile of your guests and the female : male split. We’ll put together a suggested menu to fit. A hen party menu for a group of 10 hens will look very different for a gentleman’s 70th birthday party for instance.
On the next few pages you will find mention of some of the cocktails we supply. Hopefully, it’ll whet your appetite. And if anything in particular stands out as a must have, let us know! But in the meantime, we’ll work on coming up with a suggested menu for you all.
Aperol, Prosecco, soda water

Gin, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, pressed apple juice, soda water, mint
Ok, so this cocktail has lots of ingredients. But this is Summer in a glass. Ever so fashionable gin combines well with the taste of elderflower. The rest is the supporting cast : lemon, sugar syrup, lengthened with cloudy apple. We add a little soda for sparkle – garnished with mint.
Scotch whisky, Drambuie, stem ginger, orange bitters
Our take on a classic 2 ingredient cocktail. The balance of scotch whisky with the sweetness of Drambuie’s whisky and heather honey is fantastic. We offer to add a little stem ginger and some orange bitters to give it more complexity. But they’re optional of course.
Rhubarb gin, rosato vermouth, rhubarb syrup, rhubarb bitters
A modern cocktail based around our local Warner’s rhubarb gin. What’s not to like? Traditional Martini : gin and vermouth, with a little rhubarb sweetness, balanced with rhubarb bitters.
White Rum, mint, lime, sugar and soda
The poor man’s drink from Cuba becomes the uber-cool cocktail of choice. A refreshing and deceptively spirity drink with the complex additions of sour lime, powerful mint and sweet sugar. And soda to make it long, long and relaxed.
Gin, green chartreuse, Maraschino, lime
This is one potent cocktail. Big on spirit. Big on flavour too. The floral gin combines with a shot of green Chartreuse. Add to this more of the almondyness of the maraschino and a dash of lime. A slow sipper.
Gin, Chamberyzette strawberry vermouth, raspberry syrup
Our own in-house developed cocktail based around the classic Martini with fruity summery flavours. Gin based, with a predominant strawberry flavour from the chamberyzette. A little raspberry pep gives a hint of fruity sweetness.
Lemon vodka, creme de cassis, Prosecco
Our twist on one of the world’s famous cocktails. The standard mix is to add a shot of creme de cassis blackcurrant liqueur to your shot of Prosecco. We make ours a little drier with the addition of some lemon vodka too. Try it.
Mango vodka, Passoa passionfruit liqueur, Passionfruit puree, lime juice, Prosecco
A hen party must. One of the world’s most popular cocktails. We make ours with mango vodka for a subtle point of difference. Passionfruit liqueur and puree give this a great sharp and sweet flavour. A little lime to cut through the sweetness and then your shot of Prosecco on the side.
Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime
Sex in the City gave a shot to this fantastically balanced drink. Vodka is lifted by the addition of the orange tones of warming Cointreau. Cranberry gives a distinctive pink hue and a little lime cordial adds rich sweetness.
