Brandy, Pear vodka, pear syrup

A full-on hardcore cocktail. This is spirity combining the pear flavoured vodka with the warming, winter tones of French brandy. Add a little pear syrup to add some sweetness and balance.

Aperol Negroni

Gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth

Our twist on one of the world’s most famous classic cocktails. If you are looking for something a bit subtle and gently bitter, this could be the answer. Light Aperol tempered with fragrant gin and some Martini rosso to balance it out.

Virgin Apple Mojito

Mint, lime, pressed apple, sugar syrup, soda

A great version of the classic Mojito.   Based around the freshness of pressed apple juice, with all the stunning flavours of lime, mint and a little sweetness to bring it alive.  Who needs alcohol anyway?

Manhattan

Rye whisky, sweet vermouth, angostura bitters

Quite simply a classic. Warming and light whisky shaken with a touch of sweet  herbal vermouth, and a couple of drops of bitters to give it a nice mellow aftertaste. One for the boys?

Jam Doughnut

Vodka, Raspberry vodka, crème de framboise, raspberry syrup

A great new cocktail based around the unctuous taste of raspberry.  A double dose of vodka, set off with a classic French raspberry liqueur gives this cocktail bite. All underlined with a further dash of sweet raspberry syrup.

Bellini

Peach puree, Archers peach liqueur, Prosecco

This is a classic for good reason. If sparkle and bubbles are your thing, this long drink is fantastic with it’s fruity peach notes, topped with sophisticated Prosecco.

Green Apple Martini

Gin, Sourz apple liqueur, apple syrup, pressed apple juice

One we adapted from Nigella.  A sharp blend of distinctive gin, mixed with apply Apple Sourz. And as if that wasn’t enough we then mix in some super zingy apple syrup ! Lengthened with apple juice. How apples should really taste !

China Blue

Non-alcoholic blue curacao, lychee juice, lemonade

OK, so perhaps you’re going dry for January. No worries. We can cater for that. Why should non-drinkers miss out on the fun of our own China Blue? This is our interpretation of an old classic – the Blue Lagoon. Completely alcohol free, with a stunning look, and that distinctive fruity flavour.

French 75

Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, Prosecco

A great one to enjoy, now that the sun is showing it’s face at last. One of the famous champagne style cocktails from the Prohibition era. Tangy and slightly floral gin combines well with the sharpness of the lemon & the sweetness of our simple syrup. Topped with fizz. This is quite simply unbelievably good, better even than the sum of it’s parts.

Smoky PX Old Fashioned

Pedro Ximinez sherry, Talisker malt whisky, angostura bitters, orange oil

A fantastic modern take on one of the famous cocktails. Rich raisiny tones from PX sherry are combined with the lingering smokiness of the malt whisky. And breathe in that orange oil on the top. Definitely full-on flavour.
