As well as 40th birthday parties and 50th birthday parties at home, we also do a fine line in silver wedding anniversary cocktails. You may have your 25th wedding anniversary coming up and you may be on the lookout for something a bit different, something that will be a talking point for your guests and you. Something to add a bit of glamour and sophistication to your party.
You’re planning a party at home. Going out costs and you don’t necessarily want to be sharing your space with others. Why not have some outside caterers in – we can recommend plenty, and some classy drinks to go with it? And a step up from your bottles of Peanut Gringo, is to have cocktails.
Silver wedding cocktails
Us Cocktail Shaker Boys can come to your place and mix, muddle, shake and stir them for you. We can supply all the drink so you don’t have to even go shopping. Well ………. new heels maybe, but drink no. We’ll put together a cocktail menu for you and supply you with the glassware too, so that each cocktail is served in the appropriate glass.
Once we’ve agreed the number of guests and the number of cocktails with you, we can give you a fixed price. This helps you as you know what you’re committing to ahead of the event – while you’re still sober! No unexpected bills at the end of the night. And no worrying whether your brother-in-law Steve will break the bank.
We take care of everything. The only thing we ask you to provide is the ice – as it doesn’t travel well.
For silver weddings (25th wedding anniversaries) we often get asked for some of the old classics on the menu. We’re happy making up Sidecars, or Whiskey Sours or Brandy Alexanders. We’re also happy to make up the cocktails you remember from the 80s : when you first started sipping cocktails. The Tequila Sunrise, Margarita, Grasshopper, Strawberry Daiquiri.
Retirement party at home
Quite simply if you like cocktails and would like to add them as a touch of class to your silver wedding anniversary celebrations at your home or locally hired venue – chances are we have a plan!
