We’re developing some great new ingredients to include in our cocktails. Our in-house infusions include chilli infused tequila, star anise gin, lemongrass gin and chilli vodka. And that’s just for starters. We’ll be working on some new cocktails for you to try out. Working with a little liquid alchemy is a dirty job – but somebody has to do it.
