We’re always keen to push the boundaries and develop some new cocktails based around some unusual flavours. So it’s time to dust off the white coat and go into the cocktail lab. Tough life eh ?!
Experimenting with Monin Syrups
Think we’ll get some unusual Monin syrup flavours in and get mixing. Quite fancy working with liquorice, and or lavender, and probably butterscotch. What do you think ? And maybe cherry syrup.

We’re always interested in fitting a suitable menu for the event or for the party host. We can work with your favourite ingredient, or do you cocktails to fit a theme. How about a colour theme? Or a theme based around countries?
We make some of our own cocktail ingredients, and we’re always ready to be inspired. Then what we find we like, we offer you. Sounds reasonable doesn’t it?
